1. One Direction in the jily tag - NO. I don’t care if you use them as faceclaims (I don’t like it actually, but that’s just my opinion and I’m not going to tell people they’re wrong) but just using pictures of them in concert and saying it’s the Marauders… why? At least try and make it into something. You don’t have to be great at photoshop to try something.
2. Justin Bieber/Lily Collins/Jamie Campbell Bower - NO. Jily is our ship name. We’ve been using it for ages. Does this happen with other ships? I’ve never seen it with any others, but if you’re trying to start a new ship name, at least check to see if it already exists ffs. Jily is James/Lily Potter, nothing else thanks.
3. Most people in this fandom are lovely, nice, talented, friendly people. I realise that. But some are really rude, aggressive and petty. I constantly see polite anons (and I’m only talking about when they’re polite in the first place) and others being put down and abused for disagreeing with something. Is it necessary? No. Yes, it’s probably unnecessary for them to comment in the first place, but if someone is polite to you, there’s no reason to be anything but polite back. 

The Jily fandom is such a beautiful thing and I really hate when there’s all this drama and fighting. Don’t let us become that way. We’re here because we love Jily, that’s all. Stop making it a cause for a shitstorm.
